Leslie had bought some really nice seasonal flowers and both he and Elizabeth are going to plant them in our Garden Patch that we have in the back yard. Elizabeth watched as Leslie measured the distance between each plant so that the weren’t too close. Then he began to hand Elizabeth a bunch one at a time. She placed it in the soil where Leslie had dug little holes, Elizabeth gently placed the plant in the ground and then placed soil and firmly patted the soil down. After planting Leslie and Elizabeth watered the plants ever so gently and within weeks we had some really pretty and colourful plants in our yard.
